50. Torn Hawk - Let's Cry and Do Pushups At The Same Time
Ok, let's all ignore the 2005 level "random" album title, please. I kinda just listened to this album at random because of a recommendation and was very pleasantly surprised. If you like Com Truise and Neon Indian and the like, you'll probably like Torn Hawk. Emotionally, he sometimes does deal with less playful tones than the others, but it's a nice change of pace.
49. Jessie Ware - Tough Love
I almost didn't put this one on the list. I loved Devotion but I felt like this doesn't compare. The truth is, it really doesn't, but that doesn't mean it's not a good release without the comparison. There are some of the nice modern Sade-esque tracks and then some expansions upon her aesthetic. She doesn't do the Power-Ballad justice, but every other venture she goes on has positive results.
