There were no report on rating at all on 2013 but Bey won a poll for the best show in 2013 (by far) beating all the rock bands. It's just the way it goes.
On Rihanna's defense, we all know she didn't lie. She trusted her fans... but the bragging and MTV dragging (actually, she dragged the artists who performed this year) is embarassing
