Anyhow, I want more head voice from Leona on the Christmas album. Glassheart was a bit lacking compared to Echo and Spirit. I'm ready for that Christmas smash from Lee.
You have to show receipts before they call her a flop. Plenty singers haven't had 1 us #1 Leona has.
Its not that deep though. At the end of the day all we can do is buy her stuff and love her music. The rest is out of our hands for the most part. I have way too much going on in my life right now to worry about sales tbh.

Sales are the most important thing, especially on ATRL.
Leona is probably the most underrated artist of the last 5 years to be honest.
The Glassheart era would've worked so well if it had been done like this:
1. Lovebird (UK 1st single / US 2nd single)
2. Glassheart (US 1st single)
3. Fireflies
4. Trouble
5. Shake You Up (US 3rd single)

Simon Cowell was the idiot who told her it was a hit. I mean it did debut #9 but if Glassheart was released first imagine the radio play. I get angry every time I think of how bad she is handled over at Syco and she's with RCA in the USA

I honestly couldn't wait for GH to leak just to hear Lovebird in HQ ! Its so epic, sad that it will forever be remembered as her first single to miss the top 20 .
Really? I've been staning for that song ever since it leaked in 2011. Its so catchy and her vocals are amazing (As usual).
Leona needs to work with Bonnie McKee again. And Dr. Luke. But I agree with the other poster, it's not strong enough as a first single, or as a single at all really. It wasn't promoted very well, but it just feels like an album track to me. The music video only has a 1 million views as well, so I don't think it really connected with the public. But I love the song ever since it leaked. I wish they kept the synth break before the last chorus though...it added to the song.

She definitely should, the song just screams trademark Leona to me. It would've been a better first single than Trouble imo (Wouldn't really be hard though)

That should've been the huge summer single imo, following lovebird as a spring release. Its sickening to think how much GH would've slayed .
