The thing about Emotion is the only "hype" it has is a bunch of people claiming that it's a great album, so that's just the natural occurrence of consumers expressing what they believe to be true based on their experiences on the internet, not hype. Unless you want to take that into a discussion of what hype actually is defined as, but I don't think it's a weird thing to say that EMOTION did not have hype
