No, the program just helps me configure the results. So i enter the results into this program and it would run thousands (well, in this case millions) of trials based on the results from the original survey. After these millions of trials are run, it basically tells me if I interviewed 300 million ppl (roughly the U.S. population I think), these are the answers they would be most likely to say, based on the original survey of 1500
