LOL Sorry I just confuse the sites . I think there are 3 of them and I think someone told me that Oricon counts digital retailers whereas the others dont count them :/

Oricon is the only official chart from Japan. Don't use anything else and it does not count digital sales.

Recochoku is only a track chart. The only digital album chart is iTunes Japan, which doesn't mean much. The album is #8 there, though.

Digital music in Japan is really expensive, though. 30s ringtones are $1, PC downloads are like $2 a track, and full length cellphone downloads are $3-4. RIAJ certifies digital downloads separately. That's really the only way to know how much a song has sold.

They're just like physical certifications, except you have to hit the exact number, and there's a separate one for each form of download (ringtone, PC, full-length cell).

Gold - 100k
Platinum - 250k
Million - 1 Million (of course)

Ringtone certifications only start at 2x platinum, though.
