Do you think it could be cause of prejudice cause she came from Disney?
Or do you think that is just some lame excuse?
Anyway, she is rising on iTunes again at the moment.
There's no Disney prejudice, Miley went #1 with Party In The USA, and Demi has an even more mature image. Most songs that reach the pop top 5 have been in the iTunes top 10 at some point in their run. There are some notable exceptions like Jesse McCartney's Leavin' (#1) and Orianthi's According To You (#3 iirc) which sold relatively poorly, but mostly it holds true. Selena's LYLALS for example also struggled digitally and stalled at #6.
Another pathetic update for Want U Back. This is why I hate the fact that radio accounts for 55% of the Hot 100. It would have been a Top 5 hit but the radio just wouldn't play it, despite it being popular in downloads.

I didn't mean on the radio itself though, I meant with sales despite it being high on the radio. And in your examples many actually did show a relatively low sale count right?
But ah well, I'm already glad it's doing really weel at the moment

I don't think songs from Disney stars show unusual sales patterns, some sell tons, some not so much, so they're like any other song. In Bieber's case (even though he's not Disney, but he has a similar reputation) his sales always far exceed his radio performance.
Since GYHAB had many winds on radio (at least that I know of), I hope it can wind up again on iTunes. I hope it'll be played on the awarding of Olympics (one can hope )

I don't understand why people have to care about where Demi came from She was a Disney girl, but she's totally grown up now, and her music refects that A good song is a good song
Titanium is slaying the radios right now
Guetta has a second song starting to creep up, anyone else notice I Can Only Imagine feat. Chris Brown and Lil Wayne is #45 on pop
Edit: and ICOI is also #35 on Rythmic, I sense a multi format smash coming
