I'm not sure... I did the calculations before though and 3.5B sounds right. She has about 1.2B from Spotify alone, Problem has 600M+, Break Free and Bang Bang have 400M+, Love Me Harder has 300M, One Last Time 150M. Plus there's lyric/audio videos.

I just checked, and the Teenage Dream era is currently at 3,849,968,729 total streams. 
It could very well reach 4B streams sometime next year, making her the first artist with two 4B+ streamed eras.
