Katy Perry is definitely the best new artist of 2008, her album is amazing. I don't have much to say about her, I love this album and that's it.

E=MC˛
I love Mariah, she's one of my favorite singers. E=MC˛ is an amazing album, it's so good as The Emancipation Of Mimi. It's sad that its singles, except Touch My Body, were a flop on charts. She should've released Migrate and Side Effects.

Circus
I think there's no surprise about my #1. Circus is definitely the best album of 2008, it proves that Britney is back stronger than never, she's amazing, everyday I love her more and more. I think it's the best album of Britney's career, all songs are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G, which makes it hard to list a top 18 for it, so I decided to make two tops, one for the official tracks and another for the awesome bonus tracks. By the way, it's not the official top, it changes everyday.
