But they don't check who sold more albums in Germany, Katy or Gaga. They don't check who produced We Found Love, they don't care how much will Beyonce's next tour gross. There are millons of pop music listeners, yes, but they don't care about the things we do here on atrl or any other pop forum.
An average episode of Modern Family or 2 Broke Girls has higher ratings that the VMAs.But how much do you know about Modern Family or any other tv show, how much do you care? You watch TV like billions of people around the world but you don't really care beyond liking a show or a movie.

Anyway, this is going off topic so lemme leave this thread.
I know dozens of 40+ and even 60+ people who love/stan Gaga cuz of her talent. There are plenty of things that will cause people to say: Oh, that's Lady Gaga... Most of the other pop girls nowadays sound so much alike they can't even tell who the songs on the radio are sung by... All that proves Gaga is an icon, why do you think there are so many protests outside her concerts? Cuz no one outside of the gays knows who she is?
