If a Court states that he would be better off with Madonna, even if that is not what he wants, then you can't consider it as Madonna "forcing him". She would have done what she thought was the best for him. You cannot fault a mother for that.
And no, although Courts DO take into account what children wants, the ultimate decision will not be solely based on Rocco's wishes. That's not how Child Custody cases work. It will be one of many factors. Any old Family Law book or court case will tell you this.

Let the mother fight for her kid. Especially if she has reason to believe he would be better off with her. If the Courts decide otherwise then she would have been proven wrong. To say she should just not even try is silly.
