Adele needs her first top 10 hit. She's no longer a "one-hit wonder," but a top 10 placement for that type of song would be pretty big for her.

Agreed. Her style is tailored to album buyers in particular, so the fact that she was able to sell that much this week and make top 10 would be quite the accomplishment for a single.
