It's okay I guess. She's the most played female artist on Urban radio atm. Almost every song she was featured on became an Urban radio hit. She is smart to cater to the format.

she's singing about women, about sensuality, about what happens between Man & Woman
it will be boring if she'll sing about friendship or heartbreak after such slow song as Ice
Well, to be honest I don't really like it. It lacks the most important thing - good melody.
The auto-tuned voice in the chorus is so pointless.
I hope it will grow on me and it will be successful.
Not the top 10 Hot 100 material I wanted.
Edit: I take it back, the rhythm of the song got me like it.
