The Boy looks so good, like a better, more classier Annabelle. Stoked.

I also may be seeing Crimson Peak this weekend or next weekend. Though I'm not a fan of the director (I think he's more style over substance), I just hear it's a lot of crazy fun and I love how his films look so I wanna see it asap.

Amazing plottwists and some really disturbing scenes

Omg!!! That scene was so BRUTAL.

This film was so gory. The ghost of their mother when she got out of the tub was so impressively disgusting.

And the fatal stab to the face after he confessed he loved his wife more than his sister . So impressive yet disturbing.

So I watched The Green Inferno last night and I enjoyed it!

That first death was really gruesome I was not ready for that, my mouth dropped. I felt so bad for Jonah, I really didn't want him to die, the way they took out his eyeballs and tongue ew.

The movie is beautifully shot, and well it is a cannibal film done by Eli Roth so you know exactly what you're getting yourself into.

At times their is some odd humor to it but it kind of works.

What really irritated me was the ending I couldn't believe she denied everything that she went through, all that trauma and to not confess to any of it WHAT!? I guess she wanted to save the village, or she felt bad cause the little boy helped her. That really threw me off, there's a jump scare before the last sequence and the movie just kind of drops from there

I think the ending scene is up to interpretation. IMO, it could go two ways. Justine could have told them all that because she wanted to make a difference and seem like a good person since the kid treated her nice and she thought they had good intentions, despite eating her friends. However, her biting Alejandro in the nightmare probably symbolizes how she's just as bad as the cannibals for not reporting them to her father, so she's going to be responsible for every death that takes place at that rainforest. If it's not that I believe it was a parody/satire of the endings in Cannibal Holocaust and Ferox where they try to make us feel for the cannibals. . I hope Eli doesn't confirm what the ending meant because it's so fun to theorize it.

Um excuse you, Lorenza Izzo slayed the entire movie. Better than all the other flops who acted like they came out of high school theater (minus the Spy Kids guy).
