I get for tour gross are better stadiums but for fans, arenas are probably better. What she did during MDNAT, looks like mix of both?
I think that it will be a mix of both, but will be geared towards an arena setting. Shows like MDNA Tour and Born This Way Ball had the section around the pit that was higher/lower and could be made to be bigger, so I don't know how it'll come into play with the stage design.

the first and last time she came in Bulgaria she sang in a 50,000+ capacity stadium and the box office from the convert was $3-4m+ so idk what more she wants

Her ticket prices have been high since The Drowned World Tour, probably coinciding with the amount of money that's involved in production costs. Even for Confessions Tour seeing $350 for floor seats wasn't uncommon.
I still think she's missed a trick not performing Holy Water. Picture it, a hose sewn into her outfit. She belts out the lines of the chorus as she drenches the front row with her sacred and immaculate nectar.
