 I see.... Isn't it normal for the stomach to expand and be bloated for a little after eating? Anyway, I understand where you're coming from, tho. I guess Insanity is the best choice for you. Oh, using a jump rope is great too.
I'm 180 now, but last year I was always between 170 and 173 lbs. Once I started using a jump rope I went down to 165. I never touched that rope again.
