I value sleep and I don't have messed up sleeping patters like most of the youngsters on here. Plus I have a job, of which it is my first day tomorrow morning. Don't come at me for listening to my body and being healthy.
I damaged my body way too long by doing pointless all nighters and pushing myself to survive on 5-6 hours of sleep. Kinda wish I'd come to my senses earlier.
