My bf said when he was in his country, he excercised 2 times a day
One in the morning, about 5am to 6am then rushed to work. He only worked til 1pm so the rest of the afternoon he spent in the gym for Insanity/Cardio
He used to be so hot
And he has fat belly now
I'm thinking of doing the same, Fitness Blender for 30mins in the morning then P90X for the evening
Anyway, any recommend on Fitness Blender videos? I used to do the Kickboxing and now, the 5 days Challenge for Busy People but they are so ... easy
Didn't sweat as much as I worked with the first 30mins of P90x
