JCGE was too low in the beginning of the week to sell enough to top the Hot 100. If it can stay at #1 digitally all next week, but with a slightly bigger lead than J. Lo had, it might have a chance (it would have to outsell E.T, S&M & Born This Way by a lot for that to happen - which I don't think it will).
