This is going to be the first Ci album i buy. I was going to buy 'Ciara' when it came out but none of the stores in my city had any & I forgot to buy it on iTunes.
None of that is good promo for the album besides breakfast club. We need big platforms
Vogue and Coachella are both good promo vehicles, especially Coachella because people are actually seeing her perform whether they like it or not, compared to a TV show where viewers can be influenced by who a musical guest is
It honestly depends on how much promo Epic has lined up. People will buy a Ciara if:
1) They see her perform (on TV or wherever)
2) She performs the right songs
3) They understand her journey
4) They know when the album is coming out
5) Epic ships enough copies
Doesn't seem complicated but we saw what happened last era so

judging by how many stores never got enough copies of Reflection, especially the deluxe during release week, we can leave #5 off the list
I don't get their logic. what's the big deal with shipping some extra copies? it's not like they don't promote. both Ciara and Reflection got a lot of promo during first week the albums will eventually sell out, they will have to ship more copies sooner or later and shipping a huge box at once is cheaper than shipping a small amount many times

Nowadays 3 out of those 5 ways aren't much of a factor for sales. She needs much more than that for the album to reach top 10 at least.
The fact that Mumford and Sons release that same week is what bothers me. They are album sellers and will easily secure that #1 spot. Two weeks from May 4th would of been perfect
