Lol that was a review show. Obviously not the same jury. They are expected to rate voice, song and performance when ranking the entries. Or money, money helps too. While televoters vote for their favorite or the hottest mess or the song from their homeland.
From the voting order I can see Denmark leading at first, but then an ex-Soviet country (or even Greece/Italy) giving them a run for their money and possibly taking the lead at the end.
One thing's for sure, they didn't hesitate to increase anticipation with putting the ex-Yugoslav countries on near the end
