well then thats stupid.... its probably because you aren't one of the nicest people on atrl. thats the only thing that doesnt work with atrl's big brother, its because we all already know each other and friends can play together against other people... but if you were nicer to people and weren't always causing unnecessary problems then you would have an easier time doing well in the game.
