but actually they themselves said that the numbers before the chart started which was the same time Cher's Believe got on were "estimated" ... she started charting in 1998-1999 so most of her points were guessed ...
So are now, they don't have accurate numbers for all the countries, just for 5: United States, Japan, United Kingdom, France and Germany. That means they're still "guessing" the numbers for the rest of the world.

Yeah but im sure their guesses are very educated, and probably accurate, they have enough info to estimate(very well) how many points songs should have.

I know Apologize doesnt seem like a legendary song, and most songs up there are of high importance, apologize is just idn, its good, but it shouldnt be up there i agree.
