Yes, mainly and mostly Christians.
Most predominantly in countries like Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Jordan and Palestine.
There are Christians in other Arab countries too but they're not as significant as the latter.
For example;
Middle East. - There's 10 to 20 Million Christian Copts in Egypt.
- Almost half of Lebanon is Christian
- 10% of Syrians are Christian; almost 2,000,000 people.
- About 5% of Iraqis are Christian; over 1,500,000 people.
- Up to 6% of Jordanians are Christian; up to 390,000 people.
North Africa. - Less than 2% of Algerians are Christians; up to 150,000 people.
and more...
There's also a small minority of Jews
(mostly in Morocco and Tunisia with some in the 'Middle East')
but I'm not sure if they identify as 'Arabs' .
