I don't believe I've ever asked for an extension in a game. Maybe once? And I'm only saying that to cover myself, I honestly can't remember it. If I know I have something coming up or limited time I plan and set aside time to get it done. But I guess not everyone can do that, but eh. It's just always been a pet peeve of mine, extensions.

Just to play devil's advocate, sometimes unexpected situations do come up, or there are some people who might get really busy with school or work all of a sudden. So I can understand needing an extension sometimes.

I haven't really made any policy clear about extensions so that's my fault and I'll take the blame this time. However, the reasons most people are giving me could've been avoided if they just did your entry earlier before the day of the deadline. So in the future I will be stricter.

Yeah I understand and agree but 90% of the time it's due to procrastination and not taking it seriously enough I've found, which obviously school and work > some ATRL game, but if you're going to make that call and then hinder the ATRL game because of it (by requesting an extension), that's when I'm like "hmm".
