I honestly don't know what you're talking about.
These pictures have been floating around since forever. The way she went from light on the Survivor album cover to dark on the Dangerously In Love cover had everyone shook.
And it's been ongoing ever since. She'll get light, her natural color, and instantly tan to fit the "mould".
She's very insecure about having light skin because, like Angie said in the MTV documentary, she was made fun of in grade school for it. The fact that you think she "bleaches" is a just a manifestation of your bias. I don't know why you WANT her to bleach, she's really light like Tina already. You must just really like white.
