It's the collection that's in stores between Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter. The two main collections are Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter. Some designers do Pre-Fall which shows in January, goes in stores late July/early August, as well as Resort, which shows in June and goes into stores late February/early March.
