Gaga's doing fine at the moment, she is in no way flopping. The label should let her follow her own visions but take some control back by say, convincing
or even forcing her to use professional directors. Not to say Judas and Y&I weren't good but in order to make another iconic video she needs a professional. If they continue to let her do her own thing, say she ditches the dance pop and any professional work then does something so weird that not even the monsters will like while Katy Perry still churns out Dr Generic tripe and perfectly marketed album campaigns, not to go all Peter Buchanan but dare I say it she could risk losing her crown
to Katy Perry? As a huge monster, my worst fear for her is a few years down the line in a Bionic situation the public already seeing her as once hugely successful but washed up like Xtina now. I think that's what could happen if Gaga completely ditches the professionals and thinks she can do everything alone. She won't be in a "honeymoon" period with the monsters worshipping everything she does forever...
Compare the number of people that are requesting a Lady Gaga song to those who are requesting for 'Someone Like You'.
You really think Adele has anywhere close to the amount of people requesting her song as Lady Gaga does?

It's not all about charts and sales.
Gaga has given us amazing music + some really good videos. You're done with this era just because the 4th single isn't doing amazing. The genre that Yoü and I is isn't what the radio usually plays, it's not mainstream, but it has still done good. If you're done then get out, and don't bother coming back.

I wouldn't call it a flop, but it's rather underperforming to what we're used to. But that's because the song isn't what's usually on the radio.
Here in Sweden the radio stations have ignored the song and now Marry the Night is the Swedish single.
