A little bit more info about the song because I was also guessing if the sample is so prominent. Well:

The sample is really prominent, it's def harder than "Pon De Floor" and with aggressive vocals added in.
In "Pon De Floor" you have the little run as the melody, on girl though it takes the backseat.
