If someone does that and we look at the post and it's different and it doesn't say edited then obviously the reporter will be harshly punished.

The rules CHANGED when we introduced ATRL HQ. We made that very clear. We removed the list of offensive topics, and only kept "shockingly offensive" stuff warnable. Since then we've barely warned anything in NHB and SYG (other than off topic posts, insults in SYG, etc.)
