if you feels this, i think by a new song would be the normal, if a radio is playing the song more and more, this roller-coaster effect doesnt look good....The radio cant decide, that the song is good or not.......

the radio doesn't decide if the song is "good or not" anyway. They play it when its popularity rises, and slow down when it doesn't rise that much.
They'll put it back on rotation once it'll be getting better updates, that's how these radios work.
