We can't blame it on all on the sales climate.
Even in this climate a solo Taylor song should've done 200k+

Idk. In terms of single sales Taylor's only ever been around Katy/Rihanna level, so the debut makes sense. Her singles sell about the same as Rihanna's on average (more in the US/less outside) and her debut weeks are similar to Katy's.

Her real solo lead won't do 200k either but I don't think any song in 2017 will except JT.
