That means she's pulling the bulk of managerial duty. Im happy to hear that. Looks that "im managing myself" statement may not have been so literal after all. I knew she always had the final say (Bday anyone? ) which is why i thought it was unnecessary to take over that role entirely.

It's not about me knowing it much better than her. Im just trying to be logical. I do not know of any legends that managed themselves. Bey tried it and we all saw how that turned out. In future it could go both ways
A) Bey learns from the past and manages herself better
B) she learns from the past and hires an efficient experienced professional manager.
For the reasons i mentioned in the prev. post. I think (hope) she goes with (B) it seems some peeps are okay with her self-management just bcuz she did it (Yes Men). Nobody's perfect, Im sure you've disagreed with at least 1 of her single choices in the past.

Even Madonna has a manager. Beyonce needs someone to handle her business. She can still be in charge, but she needs someone who knows what they're doing.
I'm sure she has help though, so we'll see what happens next year.

She's stepped her social game up. The world literally waits with baited breath for tumblr pics and goes nuts when she tweets.
She's constantly been seen at high profile music events and the reporters keep her name in the press, above the actual headliners. (for M.I.A.., all people wanted to know was, would she perform with Jay). (For Jay's London leg of the Throne tour, her simply dancing in the mosh pit got press for days). Hell, if the world can ooh and ahh over a House of Dereon ad campaign, when they love to rip H.O.D., then you know she's gonna takeover.
Radio is playing her song DFY into the charts, without an official release. (the world is literally ready)
She's currently recording with the biggest and best producers and writers. Hell, even a simple cryptic twitter message from a producer, gives us life.
From Blue, Jay, POTUS, FLOTUS, People mag, US Weekly, to Sia, Trey, Adele, Nicki wanting to work with her, her profile is the HIGHEST it's ever been.
Bottom line, I believe Bey is going to be just fine, regardless of who her manager is. If she can inspire the world to post billions of messages, then the possibilities for the "5 era" are limitless. The WORLD is ready.
I truly believe she's going to exceed all of our expectations and the revolution will be televised!

I agree about the next era. The 4 era was bound to suffer regardless of her manager then. It just wouldnt have been so messy.
For me the most exciting thing about new social media embrace is the way she uses beyonce.com. I can just imagine the overload come #5 era.

If 5 drops in 2013, do you guys think we'll be getting a World Tour by the end of the year?

Yes!
& BESIDES this.
Why are you guys worried about the stress of being a manager?
If she didn't go insane during her first run through making all those mistakes, why would it stress her out more now that she knows more about it?
Mama Tina is there if she sees Bey getting overworked she will let her know, like she has before.
Why are y'all worried about it?

Congratulations on IASF going 3× platinum in Canada beyhive!!!!! It should be 4× platinum in Australia considering it was only 16k away from it in 2010.so her label might be waiting just for it to be certified 5× platinum.

Possibly. I'm leaning towards everything being in 2013 tho. Maybe an announcement in Dec. of 12 tho.

Why would y'all want her to come back in 2012? What kind of random comeback. Wouldn't it be better to come back next year & have all the major events coming up.
I would rather the Revel DVD in Novemeber/December
Then 2013 be all about 5 & a tour.

It should be 3x Plat in the US already. I mean, it crossed the 3M mark back in 2010.

If the 5 era was like this... the amount of wig-snatching happening would be unprecedented.
