I feel your pain when it comes to being surround by 50 + year olds. A lot of my weekends have been like that since August 2012. I decided I was done with that as of last weekend. It made me realize how much young people need to be surrounded by others their age. Some older people can drain the life out of you.
Anyway, maybe you can try staying with friends on the weekends.

I need to start planning things with friends on weekends more, usually my plans are spontaneous the day of.
I need to start making weekend plans ahead of time and being like "sorry I've had these plans for a while... oop @ u"
