Not making a huge promo campaign for the 1st week was the most stupid decition they could have made. They thought ARTPOP would become some kind of a slow burner, at this point she would ensure 1.5 million albums sold in the US.
In the other hand I don't think she should take another break, that would be even more damaging, release a smash single in the summer and try to make it right this time!
