Im not mad that she released Birthday Cake. She needed an URBAN SMASH and this is IT for her.
Watch N Learn would be really cute on urban in the summer. I don't even care about #1s that much anymore. Im more worried about sales and how the album performs overall. If she's gonna push Where Have You Been to Pop radio come May. Then her ass better be pushing Watch N Learn to Urban in June.

It's not a bad album, it's just extremely basic and mediocre. Songs like Fading and Raining Men aren't bad but they're so generic, especially for a fifth album. GGGB is a generic album, too, but its more consistent to me than Loud is.
And since we are talking new music. I think TTT will be re released. And I wouldn't mind tbh. Just as long as ts not November. A nice re release come Christmas week would do it good.
If she plays her cards right and Promote like she's suppose to she can have a strong era. She scan be able to push 35-40K weekly consistently in the summer if WHYB becomes a hit and she promotes heavily. If that happens thats a good 400K sales just in 3 months. Thats not bad at all. The album should be at least platinum by May though. It would be very bleak for her if it isn't by then. And she needs to have a strong summer single to give her a little edge going into the Grammys. TTT looks like it could be a Best Pop Album contender if she gets another hit from it. Something on the level of say a Rude Boy.
I wouldn't mind a TTT re-relase either. I don't think she cares about the sales at all this time around though so I don't think we'll get it.
Loud and GGGB are on the same level for me. They're both miles ahead of TTT.
Loud's shining moments are brighter than GGGB's shining moments, but GGGB is much more consistent and has fewer duds. TTT is fantastic. This is one of her worst eras to date, but the album is great. The only songs I skip are Birthday Cake (because of the remix, though it's still a good interlude/song) and We All Want Love. Even You Da One isn't that bad.

Im not a big fan of Where Have You Been at all. its not even in my Top 8 of the album. BUT.. I will say this. Its a Hit. Radio will love it. The DJs in the club will spin it and the teenyboppers will buy iron iTunes. Therefore Im here for it going #1 for multiple weeks.
