On another note i'm glad that the X Factor starts back next week,I have a feeling though Nicole might just use it this time to help put her music out there.
How good would it be if she released Pretty and performed it on the Uk X Factor??
I am not here for a revival of Pretty like 2 years later. I am dne with the song, I wuld still love to have a studio version, bt as single, I rather see new stuff

Personally I think it has to come from Nicole because clearly her manager isnt doing anything at all for her.Nicole clearly has alot of talent but its all going to waste,so she has to make the bold step in telling her manager where she stands or she has to get a new team completely.
Clearly people still like Nicole, boomerang itself just goes to show that because before Boomerang she didnt have a song out for a while and considering that she didnt,it did well in the charts.
Hopefully this time though she uses the x factor to get more music out.
I don't blame her manager anymore at this point, I blame Nicole herself. I mean the same mistakes get made since 2007 and she has a new manager since wns 2010. Nicole needs to make her mind up where she wants to be in the end and if she knows what that is, she could work with Melissa on that. I mean Melissa does a good job fr Miley, so she can't be all that bad.
I really love Casualty but my favourite Nicole's songs are Whatever U Like and Right There, I think the urban side of Nicole is stronger than the pop one...
I love Boomerang because is by Nicole but I think the song is a mess, I'm proud of her because she works with Paloma Faith and Ed Sheeran's producer/writer and with Tom Odell and I think she will try to write her own songs with a little bit of help, I'm positive and I think we will got an album on November..
PD: I'm worry about my English so I hope you understand me HAHAHAHA!!

You have to use the part of the URL after the equal sign in the Youtube code to post it like this:
I don't think we can blame Melissa for everything, but it would be nice to have a manager who pushes her to get work done. Not sure if that's happening here.

I think that's the idea and why we didn't get anything after Boomerang along with the new album direction.

I don't think Boomerang is a bad song. How is it very different from Firework, Brave or Roar?
I would have loved to have seen the video for Pretty and I think it would definetly do well in the uk especially as it was never released live or anything over here (except for the tour)
I think the management definetly has a part to play as well, because they are there to manage and get the best out of the person they'r managing and thats not being done,to me it just doesnt seem like Nicole is being given encouragement or a serious talkin to about her career, maybe her career is just going to be headed more into the tv direction now, which would be ashame given the amount of talent she has to offer.

YES STAN FOR WHATVER U LIKE (aka one of her best songs besides Baby Love)
I felt lots of emotion in "Whatever Happens"; the vocals in "Psycho" are insane (no pun intended); "Cold" is just an amazingly fun dance song (despite the lyrical content and delivery); "Get 'Em Ready" is so inspiring, soulful, and beautifully written (Nicole is a brilliant songwriter, as you all know; I also love the sampling of the "I Have A Dream" speech).
"Super Villain" is light and fun (nice ode to dancehall thrown in there as well); "Right There" is BEYOND sexy, I literally listen to it everyday as if it's new...for me, it's a confidence booster, and such a timeless track (it's also my most-listened-to song on iTunes, at 2077 plays, although that has increased since then but the number has not been updated since my iPod charger is no longer recognized by my laptop...the remix has 388 plays); I love the production (nice job, RedOne) of "Everybody"...as soon as the song begins and even before Nicole starts singing, I get the chills. And of course I get the chills when Nicole sings as well...very haunting (in a great way) vocals! I think that it would have been the perfect song to release in the Fall, and would have done well on the Billboard Adult Pop, and Adult Contemporary charts. In my opinion, there is something alternative about the song, it's not completely pop...I just love it! It is my 7th most-listened-to track on iTunes at 411 plays; "Casualty" is an amazing ballad...I remember being excited about it after I had heard the snippet for the first time, and when I heard the entire song, it did not disappoint. The song is an emotional roller coaster. She starts off as vulnerable, and by the end of the bridge, she is raging, and belts out 3 F5s, which are packed with so much anger, then by the end of the song, she sounds mentally exhausted from being so frustrated and angry...it is my 2nd most-listened-to track on iTunes at 1255 plays; "Tomorrow Never Dies" is just a great summer song penned by Bonnie McKee, and it makes you feel carefree and want to go out and day drink and find hot white guys to flirt with.
"Fino All'Estasi" is another song that would have done well on the Billboard Adult Pop, and Adult Contemporary charts (not to mention the Latin charts as well, if the Spanish version were to have been released). This is a very mature sound for Nicole, and once again, she shows her versatility (she could probably sing country music if she wants to). And plus, I am part-Italian, so I appreciate the song. It's my 3rd most-listened-to song on iTunes at 1050 plays; I love how Nicole really lets loose in "Baby Can't Drive", and puts her inner rock chick out on display. Her versatility is pretty much unparalleled. And she belts out those upper fifth octave notes like they are nothing. Slash made SUCH a wise decision by asking Nicole to collaborate with him, Alice Cooper, Steve Adler and Flea.

If you look at the fact tat Nicole can take loads of holidays, can record a sh*tload amount of songs and that she has just released one solo album after all those years, while even people who underperform more than her already or on their 2nd or third release makes me wonder how Nicole's involvement is in her own career. Interscope is one huge label and they have dropped a big portion of their roster last year. Nicole is still there, while her recording sessions and failed album cycles must have cost a fortune and I am nto even joking about a fortune.
Yeah a manager is their to encourage to a certain extend, but don't forget that we don't know on what basis her management gets hired. What if she looks for people who go with her flow, who agree to a big extend in her way of working. Nicole's career is fishy She knows all big producers, she knows the biggest of the business, she knows the biggest radio Dj's, she has all connections to the dance and urban world, but she still can't get her act together.
The manegement ofcourse plays a role, but I think Nicole and her label are above the management in this case. Her management seems more there to assist, rather than to handle.

oh wow we got a new J-esper :c
Anyway nice song choices! Fino All Estasi must be my favorite collaboration track from her.
