At work one of my co-workers asked how could I cry for someone that I never actually met outside the internet.

****, She was someone that I used to talk pretty much everyday since I became a regular here. True, I did never actually spoke directly to her "in real life" but a reminder that for these accounts to post there has to be someone behind them. We had sooo much fun here, the mama / wonderlust jokes , actual serious discussions about racism and sexism, music talk in general, everything and now she is gone forever. Hell, the thought of never seeing her in any shape or form is so... dumb. Sure, we technically never met, but we interacted a lot, which was part of my daily routine till last year.

She legitly inspired me for a lot of things just like RT in general, Guernica had such a strong personality that I could feel by reading her posts, something that made her stand out more than any of us, which I admired a lot even before we started talking more with each other.

After the fight we had she deleted me as a friend and I tried to sent friend requests to her but she would deny them all. Recently I sent another one to see if she would be ever online again because I knew if she denied, she would be fine. Now I won't be able to even be denied again.

Just like the death of many, I probably never going to accept it or forget it.

i honestly never knew of Guernica (i'm so on and off with this thread and others) but i heard about her and see her posts sometimes. she seemed like a true beautiful soul that deserved a brighter, longer future. but i know she's in a great place right now looking down at everyone that loved her and she loved.

i try to look at everything in a positive way, even situations like this. most of the time when someone passes, we always look to the negatives and what we could have done. i think it's better to just remind yourself of all the happiness, comfort, and love she brought into you and your life with whatever way she did it. may she r.i.p. and let her soul forever shine
