A bit of a Right Round tea, except it's so criminal that he doesn't bother to credit her when it's clearly her on the song. She has a solo verse for crying out loud. A good 75% of the entire song involves her shouting "hey!" in the background.
Pharrell kinda has some nerve. First giving her paint-by-the-numbers Neptunes production with GIR and On My Own and now this! #StopPharrell2014
Now that I think about it, CGIB is kinda flopping. Poor it. It's had a bunch of high profile performances in the US now as well as a bunch of commercials in which it plays and it's still only #43 on iTunes after a The Voice performance.
Maybe Pharrell will wise up and realize he needs to tack Miley's name on it if he wants anyone to care about it.
I was in the CGIB thread the other day everyone is like "she's just the backing vocals he doesn't need to credit her" when literally she's the backing vocals, help sings the chorus and sings the bridge. A little bit of credit never hurt nobody
