I disagree because songs like Thinking Out Loud, Pour It Up, Loveeeeeee Song, Dark Horse, Style, Jumpman, Exchange, Sorry Not Sorry, Partition, Love Yourself, Feeling Myself, Stronger (Kelly Clarkson), Someone Like You, Set Fire To The Rain, Can't Hold Us, Same Love, Team, Tennis Court, Birthday Cake, etc. and most recently Needed Me, would have been excluded from the chart for a lot of their earlier weeks because they charted before being singles.
Big Rings by Drake & Future actually recently spent 20 weeks and went recurrent on the Hot 100 and it was not a single, so it would have never been able to chart. Last year R.I.C.O by Meek Mill spent 18 weeks on the Hot 100 as well and was never a single. I think those songs should get to chart since it's quite a notable feat and something that should be recorded.
