I think its likely tho. She did say she has new music for the tour and its kinda unlikely she has an entire album ready considering how long Confident took to be done.

It didn't take her that long to record UNBROKEN

she started it just before she went to rehab but it was finished and released within a few months of her leaving rehab

If she really wants to she can make and release an album within a year
