Got some DAMN nerve lying to my face with that PISSY lie, thinking it would make sense to me like I'm Britney Spears or somethin'. Girl **** outta here.

Previously on Survivor: ATRL Edition... the 16 remaining castaways returned to their newly formed tribe camps to begin yet another round of survival. Round 6 had the contestants sending in their best cocky song. Shortly after, for the first time in Survivor history, past alumni came back to participate in a public vote based on the entries. In the end, Tribe Abantu came out on top while Tribe Jikelele came in 2nd heading to Tribal Council for the first time as a newly formed tribe. Starships made it clear he was the target with the rest of the tribe quickly agreeing. However, at the Jikelele Tribal Council, it was an unanimous vote against iHypeMusic with him leaving in 16th place. iHype wasn't going down without a confrontation though quickly coming for Starships as soon as he saw his elimination. There are only 3 more rounds until this game goes individual. What will happen this round on Survivor: ATRL Edition?
Welcome to Round 7 of Survivor: ATRL Edition (Season 3)! The Merge is getting closer and closer. Let's get started...
The theme for Round 7 is...
It's a Fucked Up World
This round we are focusing on social problems that are present in the world we live in today.
The topics can range from sexism to homophobia to racism to the overly sexualized world we live in... etc. All of you will PM me a song that addresses a problem in society. With the PM, I need you to give a 1 sentence (uno, one, 1) explanation as to what problem the song is addressing. The song can take on a parody-like approach like my examples or a serious approach. It doesn't really matter as long as the judges get what message the song is conveying.
We have two examples this round.
The first example for this round is "Intuition" by Jewel off her mainstream pop parody studio album 0304. In the song, Jewel parodies the overly sexualized state the world and media have come to mockingly urging people to "sell their sin" and "just cash in".
Quote:
You got something that you want me to sell
Sell your sin. Just cash in.
You got something that you want me to tell
You'll love me. Wait and see.
The second example for this round is "Stupid Girls" by P!nk off her comeback album I'm Not Dead. The whole song consists of P!nk taking digs at the way women act in society to fit the mold they're expected to be. All in all, the song is a feminist anthem bashing the lack of aspiration some women have to break that mold.
Quote:
What happened to the dreams of a girl president
She's dancing in the video next to 50 Cent
They travel in packs of two or three
With their itsy bitsy doggies and their teeny-weeny tees
Where, oh where, have the smart people gone?
Oh where, oh where could they be?
The Deadline for this Round is April 8th at 12 A.M. U.S. Pacific Time.
