The songwriters listed are well known for having worked on many Carrie Underwood songs. Shakira is a producer, though, so that doesn't necessarily mean that the song will sound Country. She could change directions and try different styles.

Shakira even said that "Medicine" had 8 different versions, including a Pop version and Dance version, before she settled on Country.
