Entertainment industry 101 dear. "All publicity is good publicity". Just like the Kardashians, her success doesn't really to much on if people are saying nice things about them.... as long as people are talking about her (negative or positively), it works in her favor. It's not rocket science.
Nice publicity. Perez is a ****ing idiot though. I do think that feuds start from *something* and are not just one sided. However, knowing who Perez is makes me think that he probably agitated and antagonized and made it worse.
I wouldn't be surprised if that restraining order got RUSHED through the court already. That would basically mean that Perez couldn't go to any event (which most of the ones she attends are MAJOR) that she's at.
The "sabotaging other celebrities" thing is probably just a comment Gaga made about somebody like Christina at one point. If she really did sabotage somebody, I'm sure the pig would have squealed already since he can't keep anything to himself.
