If this is true, news should be coming shortly. But I doubt this is true since there's no real buzz and we're almosy at the end of January.

The Rumour for TD re-release is probaby fake.
Capitol is promoting Katy so much and it sounds stupid to release the "re-release" in about 30 days with no official announcement at least 2 months before.
