Its good and revealing and a little bit :/ tbh.

Hmm interesting article. But he seems so unhappy having this job. He's more jaded and cynical than in the past.

That interview was soo good . I liked it better than the one from when he graced the cover in 2009, cause this one was shorter and didn't have as much filler. It was written in a way only Rolling Stone could, kinda like a short chapter in some book.

I don't think it's unhappiness. I think he's a little frustrated with his inability to find major success, and he's becoming a slightly more private person now that he's getting older.

Also I love how cool Adam has been about the leak. First he tweeted yesterday:

Oooh folks are hearing the album?!
Today he tweeted:
Adam Lambert @adamlambert
Now that #Trespassing is streaming in full on http://adamofficial.com - lets do a twitter party about the MUSIC!!!
I find it pretty cool since there is not that many people waiting to buy this album. He'll be lucky to break 100k. It shows he's not greedy

LOL. I disagree 100%. (even though our "Allot" can mean different in terms of numbers) In my "Allot" terms, There are ALLOT of people waiting to buy hes album. I mean, debuting a song and going straight to #19 (Better Than I Know Myself) on iTunes based on majority of hes fans, means there's obviously allot of people waiting for the album.
He will EASILY break 100k, I even think he will easily go to 150K too and has it on the bag. He will debut #1, there's (as far as I know, someone can correct me on this) no competition that week. And no, Adele is no competition cause shes doing like 80K. And no, I'm not delusional, just wait and see.

I don't think his competition will be that weak. Carrie debuted this week with 273k so it's just a matter of how much she will be moving two weeks from now. Albums dropping this week are Keane's (not a threat, debuted at #7 last time) and Chris Brown's, Chris debuted at No.1 last year with 270k, so he could be bringing some good numbers for his second week.
For Adam to secure that #1 he will need well above 100k. Otherwise it will be just a matter of luck. It will also have to do with the ammount of promotion he gets next week. If he kills American Idol and manages a couple performances on daytime television he could do pretty good. Another concern for me is the 2nd week sales, last time he dropped 74% because of his lack of a smash single, which he lacks right now too. Not saying the album can't eventually pick up but I'm only working with the present.

So now that I have listen to the album several times I will give my score! :P
Trespassing - 4.5 / 5
Cuckoo - 4.5 / 5
Shady - 4 / 5
Never Close Our Eyes - 3.5 / 5
Kickin In - 4 / 5
Naked love - 3 / 5
Pop That Lock - 4.5 / 5
Better Than I Know Myself - 3.5 / 5
Broken English - 2.5 / 5
Underneath - 4.5 / 5
Chokehold - 3 / 5
Outlaws of love - 3 / 5
Runnin - 4.5 / 5
Take Back - 3 / 5
Nirvana - 3 / 5
Overall I give the Album a 4 /5 !!! Is a really great Album. The only songs I sometimes skip is Broken English, Chokehold and Outlaws of love, and that's only 3 songs out of 15!! so is amazing.
My fav songs are: Trespassing (The Chorus and lyrics!!), Cuckoo (The whole song! lol), Underneath (Vocal Perfection, hes high notes are amazing, and you can feel hes emotions!), Pop That Lock (Club Banger, great Vocals, great beat, catchy, amazing, Pop Gold!) and Runnin (Vocally fantastic!). Love the Album!!

First let me say that I think Adam has AT LEAST 150k. on the bag, no question about it, of course, in my opinion, based on hes fans, promotions that week and numbers regarding hes release of singles, which did great on iTunes, when it came out .
So, Carrie with 273K in the 1st week, will mean that in the 2nd week could be between 110K - 135K and 3rd week below 100K. No worries for her. And with this week we will have to wait and see how much this week's album sell, but the only way something can be a threat for Adam is if something debuts around 300K, which is unlikely, and that considering how much will it fell on the 2nd week which could be above 60% and how my prediction for Adam's debut sale is. So based on those people, Adam has the #1 IMO.
About the % that Adam's album will drop the 2nd week, I'm afraid it will drop by ALLOT, to be honest. But I do think he will go #1 (based on the people mentioned, don't know if there's more competition).

Ok this is really a HUGELY UNDERRATED album, artist, singer whatever.
It makes no sense how flawless these vocals are combined with beautiful pop production.
Yes, some moments are cheesy and campy but I think it fits the style and the music is so good you forgive it.
Naked Love and Underneath are my favorite tracks from the fast and slow side.
Runnin' is perfection and should not have been a bonus. WTF?

That's your prediction and that's alright, I just don't think that that many people will show up to buy Trespassing, but if they do that'd be great. It's a great album

Like the album, don't love it. But solid nonetheless. The high note he hits towards the end of Nirvana at 2:55 for me is one of the most beautiful male notes I have ever heard; in fact I'm just in love with that little section of the song. My problem with the album is I really don't hear any hit single material. I don't see this album selling more than 500K bar a small miracle.
Ratings for me: (bold for single material)
Trespassing - 3 / 5
Cuckoo - 4 / 5
Shady - 3.7 / 5
Never Close Our Eyes - 4 / 5
Naked Love - 3 / 5
Pop That Lock - 3 / 5
Better Than I Know Myself - 4 / 5
Broken English - 2.5 / 5
Underneath - 4.7 / 5
Chokehold - 4 / 5
Outlaws of love - 3 / 5
Runnin - 4.5 / 5
Take Back - 3 / 5
Nirvana - 4 / 5
Overall 69/100

His first single hasn't even sold sold 150K and his second hasn't even past 50K. Not good signs for a high opening. Kelly Clarkson opened with 160K anld she had far more radio play with a larger fanbase.
Also For Your Entertainment opened with 190K with significantly more buzz.
Most likely he will open with 60 - 90K. After that it will be highly dependent on whether Adam can actually pick up decent radio play for any of his singles.

That's exactly the numbers I was thinking of. Hopefully NCOE blows up and sells the album.

Ehh, there's really no point in arguing something that's all base on opinion. If you think he will debut with that, then ok, is your opinion. I personally, as well as allot of people, think he will definitely with no doubt debut higher than 100K and go #1 (I'm certain with my prediction with the numbers, but about the #1 is based on the people that I know will debut that week, there could be someone who I'm not aware of who is debuting that week who can potentially be a competition for Adam). We will all see on May 23 when everything is officially revealed! Can't wait!!
