Nothing was live. I can tell you that because her vein was popping out of her neck. And the second verse/chorus was very different from the actual recording, although the first verse was almost identical so I could understand why you thought it was lipped (and she ad-libbed for the last chorus a bit).
Nasty is debatable.
But I think it was lipped because when she was shouting to the audience the volume was
lower. It's like that on her tours too--I'll never understand how they don't catch that or why they don't fix it. And she was in heels so she gets an excuse for strutting and not doing the normal Nasty moves, which require a lot of jumping.
