I assume iTunes preorder will arrive at the same time globally so I wouldn't fret too much until it passes midday tomorrow in the US. That or it'll come at the same time as the Fancy video.
Pre-order has been pushed back to next week March 10th because of Island Def Jam. They apparently want to give Fancy a chance to rise as a single with the release of the video.
