I think the reason we all want an new EP is because last time we got it so quickly. If they make a new album who knows how long it will take and if there will be as many problems as Warrior had

New music is new music. I'm not gonna lie, if she announced an EP was coming I'd totally sh!t on myself.
However, I don't think that's gonna happen because Cannibal only came out because she wanted to add more songs to her set list.
I mean, she hasn't even talked about any new music since Warrior. She'll probably go into the studio and record a new record after her tour. Possibly gearing up for a late spring 2014 or mid or late summer 2014 release.

As much as I love Cannibal, I wish that she (well, RCA) had just waited a few more months and got together a few more tracks, either new ones or rerecorded some of the amazing Animal/Cannibal outtakes and made it a full album. I think that with the style of music that she releases, Ke$ha really would have benefitted from a Rihanna-type release schedual, to make sure that she was ALWAYS current. That's why I personally believe the Warrior album and follow-up singles to Die Young didn't have the same success as Animal... she waited too long to deliver something that wasn't as different as she'd initially claimed (a similar thing is happening for Lady Gaga at the moment).
I wouldn't change the Animal era at all, nor the release of We R Who We R, but I'd push Blow for a December/January release and save Cannibal for release in February. She could have easily gotten another two singles (The Harold Song for third single with a really emotional video to show a different side to Ke$ha, and Crazy Beautiful Life for fourth single with a Get $leazy Tour video), and that would have lasted until at least the end of 2011. She could have released I Am The Dance Commander... in early 2012, and possibly pushed F**k Him He's A DJ for a single release around the same time as the album's release, even if just for promotion. It'd still probably hit Top 10, following the success of Cannibal. Warrior could then have been released in late 2012, without the seemingly large gap, and I think things would have been a lot different.
... anyway I kind of strayed off the question, but I don't really think there will be an EP after Warrior. Releasing a new EP/Warrior reissue would be a bad idea, since people weren't here for Warrior in the first place, adding an EP extension won't do any good for either. And, if she's going to bother releasing a stand-alone EP... like I said before, I'd rather her just record a few more songs and make it a complete album. After Warrior, she needs a clean slate and a new angle anyway, so trying to extend the Warrior era with a new EP wouldn't be wise.

As much as I want another EP, you're right! Let's hope we dont have to wait too long for album 3

Same. I'd still buy it, I'd still bop to it, I'd still hope for a #1 smash hit.

What you are talking about? We're still waiting for album two.
Warrior was a deluxe EP with 12 songs, and super-deluxe EP with 16 songs.
We've still only received one single, Die Young, and two top-40 smash promo singles.
Supernatural for second single from Warrior EP!

It took me the longest time to figure that out too. You have to wait a few weeks though since you're new.

Wherever You Altar may be patently generic or w/e, but who cares when it's so lovely and sweet? The whole bittersweet, wistful lure of nostalgia it evokes really gets to me, and I absolutely love its lyrics. "Something in your kiss made my body electric... and you set me free" is probably my favourite line on (the standard version of) Warrior. Perfect little pop song.

Agreed.
"Wherever you are know that our love will never die" that line is kind of cheesy, but I love it

The thing about Wherever You Are is that it knows exactly what kind of song it is. It's pure pop; catchy, feel-good and fun. It's not trying to be too unnecessarily meaningful and it's not another cliche song about drinking, partying and dancing the night away. It's certainly not one of my all time favourites, but it's a really good track. I definitely wouldn't consider it a "filler" track, like some do.
And dead at me not even bothering to make a thread because I've been lurking this forum for long enough to know that new members can't start threads for 30 days.

Great analysis. That's how I feel about it too. It's neither groundbreaking nor game-changing, but it helps to fill a certain void in the album's track list. I feel like Warrior needed that moment of sweet, lush, happy pure pop.
And @ me not even knowing such a rule existed!

No but REALLY.
Ke$ha actually doesn't like Wherever You Are because Dr. Luke sort of wrote most of it and she hardly had a say in it.
I didn't make that up.

In this instance, my opinion holds more merit than Ke$ha's. How was the concert?!
Edit: I really am a post*****, aren't I?
