The Truth About Love-Pink
Sept. 14, 2012
-Pink comes back this year with her 1st #1 album. I have to admit that I'm disappointed with the single releases so far but if JGMAR is indeed the next single, then I would be truly happy. It's not my favorite album from her but it's still a solid pop album and it's better than most pop albums by a female that I've heard in recent years.

The Strange Case Of..-Halestorm
April 10, 2012
-A good album to listen to but I can't figure out why they won't release Here's To Us as a single since it's one of the album's strongest tracks, and Glee even gave them promo.

Finding Our Way-Hyland
Oct. 22, 2012
-Not exactly a religious person nor do I find myself listening to a bunch of Christian artists but I do find myself enjoying a couple acts and they are one of them. A catchy and uplifting album that I enjoy listening to. The melodies are perfectly balanced with good lyrics too.

Weapons-Lostprophets
April 2, 2012
-One of my favorites from them. I found a lot of mixed reviews for this album ranging from this is their best to this is their worst album. While I'm not sure if this is their best, I don't think this is their worst. I enjoy the album from start to finish and might as well be my favorite as time passes by.

Go-Motion City Soundtrack
June 12, 2012
-I love how they tried to slow things down in this album and yet I still find myself hooked with the songs. Considering it's their 5th album, they have surely shown some maturity which I would expect from them. Though some may be boring at first listen, it grew on me after some spins.

The Lumineers-The Lumineers
April 3, 2012
-A charming album that sounds good to my ears with its folk sound and decent vocals.

The Midsummer Station-Owl City
Aug. 17, 2012
-This is definitely miles better than the previous album. GT allowed him to regain some sort of relevance again on the mainstream but the album is filled with more solid tracks.

Chapman Square-Lawson
Oct. 22, 2012
-Another band from the UK is here. I initially thought they were just going to be some disposable boybands like, well, I'm not gonna say to not derail this write-up to another
Direction because that's not what I
Wanted. They bring out good vocals and melodic beats and they don't have to pretend they know how to dance.

Unfaithfully Yours-General Fiasco
July 30, 2012
-A Northern Irish band delivers this fairly enjoyable pop-rock album but the only problem is that they might be lost among the other bands that sounds like them.

The Light Between Us-Scouting For Girls
Aug. 31, 2012
-I just realize that this is the third consecutive entry in this set by an act from Europe with this English band just missing the top 30. I've always liked them for their upbeat and energetic songs and this album did not disappoint and it's filled with songs that would sound good on radio.
